Do not use ACT1210-110-2P-TL00 for this position; that is a small signal/low-current common-mode choke style part, not a mains input EMI choke.
For circuit completion, the schematic should show:
- L1: “20 mH common-mode choke, custom DER-801 / 30-04099-00 or approved mains-rated substitute”
- L2: 470 µH differential-mode inductor
- L3: 1.8 mH common-mode choke
Because this is a power-path/EMI part, it must be sized from load/current and safety requirements; the selection should not be guessed. The power-path guidance requires current budgeting before sizing such parts, and inductor current rating/saturation must exceed operating current with margin .
