Water Pump Automation Setup

Below is a suggestion to update your schematic with the required components and basic interconnections. You can use the "Apply changes" button to add these schematic elements to your project. Note that you'll need to adjust specific pin assignments and net names according to your design requirements later.
Schematic Updates:
  1. Component Additions:
      • This will serve as the central control unit.
      • This sensor will monitor the water level and feed an analog (or digital) signal to the NodeMCU.
      • This component receives control signals from the NodeMCU and drives the water pump motor.
      • This motor will be powered through the L298N driver.
      • The power source for the motor driver (and optionally for the NodeMCU, if designed for battery operation).
  2. Interconnection Suggestions (Manual JSON schematic update):
    • Power Connections:
      • Connect the positive terminal of the [Battery Pack] to the VIN (or appropriate supply input) of the [L298N Motor Driver].
      • Connect the [Battery Pack] ground to the system ground using the Ground component.
    • Control Signals:
      • Wire suitable digital outputs from the [NodeMCU ESP8266] to the input control pins of the [L298N Motor Driver].
      • Connect an analog input (or digital, based on your sensor variant) from the [Water Level Sensor] to one of the NodeMCU’s input pins.
    • Motor Connection:
      • Connect the outputs of the [L298N Motor Driver] to the [Water Pump Motor].
      • Ensure that the motor’s ground is also connected to the common ground.
  3. Net and Ground:
    • Make sure all components that require a ground connection are wired to the common Ground component.
    • Label your nets in the JSON schematic accordingly to reflect power, control, and signal lines.
You can now use your JSON schematic definitions to manually wire these connections in Flux. If you need further details on specific pin mapping or adjustments, please provide additional information on how you would like the connections to be made.
