Ubigi Promo Code EDC10: Setting Up a Checkout Log for Your Own Order
Ubigi promo code EDC10 gives 10% off the plan price of an eligible one-off Ubigi data plan at checkout, as a price reduction rather than a data bonus. This article sets out a simple checkout log you can keep for your own order, so each step is written down as it happens and any gap is easy to spot.
Why keep a log at all
The redemption process has seven steps, and several depend on the order in which things happen. The code must be entered before a payment option is selected, and if the field is greyed out the code may not be accepted. A written record turns those rules into checks you can tick off on the day.
Recording the starting details
Before opening the app or website, write down four lines:
  1. Device: the model, whether it supports eSIM, and whether it is carrier-unlocked. On an iPhone, the published details point to Settings > General > About for the EID entry, and Carrier Lock should show 'No SIM restrictions'. On Windows, check whether Cellular appears under Settings > Network & Internet. Device compatibility should always be verified on your own device.
  2. Account: the country of residence. This is set when the account is created and affects pricing and eligibility, so note it before you compare prices.
  3. Plan: the destination, the plan name, the data allowance, the validity window in days and the listed price. Confirm the plan is one-off, because monthly plans are excluded from the discount.
  4. Promotions: whether any other offer is already in the cart. Only one promotion applies per order, so remove any other offer before EDC10 is applied.
Logging the checkout steps
Tap the Top Up symbol to see the one-off and recurring eSIM data plans, then select your destination and plan. Type EDC10 into the dedicated coupon code field before selecting a payment option, and press Apply. In the app the field sits just above the total. On the website it is under the order summary. Record the listed total before Apply and the total after it.
The published example is a $17 plan that should show roughly $15.30 after 10% off. Your own figures should move by about a tenth in the same way. If they do not, note the difference and the screen you were on, rather than assuming the discount has been applied.
What the log should flag immediately
Stop and record the problem if the coupon field is greyed out, the code is rejected, or a second plan appears in the cart. Adding a new eSIM data plan replaces the plan already in the cart, so the total you wrote down may change without warning. Each order can include only one eSIM data plan.
Items the published details leave open
Do not assume the answer to these points. Write them down as open:
  • Whether any minimum spend applies. Check the plan page terms at checkout.
  • The billing currency details. Check the plan page terms at checkout.
  • Whether the chosen plan auto-renews. Check the renewal setting in your account.
  • Local taxes and card currency conversion. These are outside the code's control.
Closing the log after payment
A confirmation screen and email are issued after payment, so save both and add their dates to the log. Install the eSIM profile by QR code or direct install while on Wi-Fi, then enable the line and data roaming on arrival. The eSIM profile is reusable, so later top-ups go to the same profile.
Record that EDC10 has been used on the account. Promo codes are single-use, and the terms treat EDC10 as one per account, so a second attempt on a later order is not something to plan around. The service is data-only: messaging and calling apps work over data, but voice calls to landlines are not supported.
