there is two ic ATTINY2313A and ULN2003 pin is connected to 13 of ATTINY2313A with ULN2003 of 3 pin , in oposite side of pin no 14 which is directly connected two relay, in this pin i am getteing is proper power but why sometime is not working and sometime its whorking, if rthere is required any pull down or pull up resistor required , please give the suggestion for this
