Also reconnected
  • R1: U2 IO23 -> R1 -> base net
  • R2: base pull-down to GND
  • C1: on VIN
  • C2: on 5V
  • L1: between BUCK_SW and 5V
Important note
I only finished the priority replacements. I have not yet confirmed the entire BOM is fully JLC-matched for every remaining part like:
So the answer is:
  • priority BOM fixed: yes
  • full JLC assembly BOM fully verified: not yet
If you want, I can do the final BOM audit summary next and tell you exactly which remaining rows are still risky for JLCPCB.

Design Notes
JLCPCB BOM substitutions
Updated priority generic BOM items to JLCPCB-orderable parts while preserving existing architecture:
  • R1 -> AC0603FR-071KL (LCSC C116692), 1k, 0603
  • R2 -> AC0603FR-0710KL (LCSC C116677), 10k, 0603
  • C1 -> RZW101M1VBK-0811 (LCSC C134670), 100uF 35V, radial 8mm x 11mm, 3.5mm pitch
  • C2 -> RZW101M1VBK-0811 (LCSC C134670), 100uF 35V, radial 8mm x 11mm, 3.5mm pitch
  • L1 -> SRR1260-680M (LCSC C2041353), 68uH shielded inductor
Notes:
  • The user specifically selected the Lelon capacitor for C1/C2 due to 35V rating and 6000h at 105C.
  • Existing LM2596 stage topology, dry-contact relay behavior, INA219 sensing path, and ESP32 dev-board interface are intentionally preserved.
