1. Floating battery and switch pins
Neither BAT+ pogo nor BAT- pogo are tied into your power nets.
The two pins of your switch (SW) are each on their own net (Net 2 and Net 5) and don’t actually switch anything.
2. Missing power routing
You’ve wired 3.3 V from XIAO-ESP32 directly to the MyoWare VCC and ground, but there’s no way for your battery connectors or switch to feed that 3.3 V rail.
3. No decoupling on 3.3 V rail
It’s best practice (per knowledge-base) to place both a bulk and a high-frequency bypass cap right at every IC’s supply pins:
a 10 µF electrolytic or ceramic cap
a 100 nF ceramic cap
Recommended fixes
Connect BAT+ pogo → one side of SW → other side of SW → 3.3 V net (same as [XIAO-ESP32:3V3]).
Tie BAT- pogo to your ground net (same net as [XIAO-ESP32:GND] and EMG ground).
