I WANT TO SEE TOP COPPER VISIBAL 2mm FROM PCB OUTLINE HOW TO REMOVE PCB MASK ?\

this is a circuit of rotorey magnetic encoder and the role of the resistores is to filteration circuit with 702 p trasistors and that which are connected to the as4050 ic ehich is the programable magnetic encoder ic .
