Necesito conectar un modulo bluethoot HC05 que ya tiene la PCB

Sí: para conectar el HC-05 (U2) al PIC18F4550 (U1) usa UART cruzado: U1 TX/RC6 → U2 UART-RX, U2 UART-TX → U1 RX/RC7, y GND común. Como el HC-05 usa lógica de hasta ~3.6 V en UART, si tu PIC trabaja a 5 V, pon un divisor o level shifter entre RC6/TX del PIC y UART-RX del HC-05.
En tu esquema también hay un HC-06 (U3), así que dime si quieres conectar el HC-05 U2 o el HC-06 U3, y con qué voltaje estás alimentando el PIC.
