- Revise the hall sensor carrier redesign to meet new requirements: use the exact Seeed Studio XIAO footprint without any extra board area beyond manufacturability needs, preserve the precise 2.54 mm spacing and alignment of the J1 and J2 headers, maintain unchanged circuit functionality, and center the hall sensor on the board for optimized underside stacking.

- Create a new project with the exact mechanical envelope of the Seeed Studio XIAO, ensuring no additional board area beyond manufacturability requirements.
- Import reference mechanical drawings to lock the board outline and header (J1/J2) placement.

Header and Connector Constraints
- Set fixed constraints for J1 and J2 headers to maintain their exact 2.54 mm spacing and alignment.
- Validate that these constraints are embedded within the board design so that they are preserved during layout modifications.

Hall Sensor Placement and Circuit Preservation
- Preserve the existing hall sensor circuit design and net assignments.
- Center the hall sensor on the board to enable optimal stackable underside mounting.

Layout and Manufacturability Constraints
- Optimize component placement and trace routing to remain within the XIAO board footprint while ensuring at least a 0.5 mm copper-to-edge clearance.
- Check that stacking features do not interfere with header alignment and sensor placement.

- If space permits, add GND, 3V3, and HALL_OUT test pads without violating the design constraints or affecting the compact layout.
