Sì: per U3 hai alternative più comode da saldare a mano.
Per IC1, sì, ma con compromessi.
Risposta breve
  • IC1: io valuterei seriamente LM2575-5.0WU oppure LM2576-5.0WT
  • U3: se vuoi restare su IC, la sostituzione “più saldabile” non è perfetta; la soluzione che consiglierei di più è fare due canali discreti con MOSFET, invece di cercare un altro translator IC

Per sostituire U3
Qui è più delicato.
Il web conferma che TXS0102DCTR è pensato proprio per:
  • open-drain
  • e anche push-pull
  • con traduzione bidirezionale automatica
Questo lo rende molto adatto a Wiegand.
Il problema è il package piccolo.

La mia raccomandazione vera
Per sostituire U3, non sceglierei un altro IC.
Farei invece 2 canali discreti con:
  • 2 MOSFET piccoli tipo BSS138 / 2N7002
  • 4 pull-up
Per saldatura a mano è molto più gestibile, e per segnali lenti come D0/D1 è una soluzione molto comune.
Lo dico anche perché la ricerca in libreria/web non ha dato un sostituto “grande-package + stesso comportamento open-drain + zero complicazioni” migliore del TXS0102DCTR.
Quindi cosa farei io Soluzione consigliata per prototipo hand-soldered Conclusione netta
  • , IC1 lo sostituirei volentieri per saldatura a mano
  • , U3 si può sostituire, ma non con un translator IC “ovviamente migliore” trovato in package comodo
  • per U3, la soluzione più pratica è discreta
