Power Supply Circuit Analysis
Started implementing a plan
#Goal
- Place the F5 resettable input fuse and D54 TVS diode near the input connector on the Aeronodev1 PCB and route the remaining airwire for the VIN/VINS/GND input protection connections.
#Implementation plan
1. Identify the location of the input connector for the VIN/VINS/GND protection on the Aeronodev1 PCB.
2. Reposition F5 and D54:
1. Move F5 (the resettable fuse) near the input connector to align with the VIN/VINS path.
2. Relocate D54 (TVS diode) in close proximity to F5 ensuring its cathode is connected to VINS and anode goes to GND.
3. Route the remaining airwire for the VIN/VINS/GND input protection connections:
1. Inspect the current routing for the airwire related to VIN, VINS, and GND paths.
2. Route the airwire with a short, direct path to ensure proper protection functionality.
4. Run a DRC/ERC check to verify that all relocated components and routed airwires meet design rules and functional requirements.
#Success criteria
- F5 and D54 are positioned adjacent to the input connector without affecting other component placements.
- The VIN/VINS/GND airwire is shortened and properly routed.
- DRC/ERC checks pass with no errors related to the new placements or routing modifications.
Task unable to complete.

VINS side and A/anode oriented toward GND.VINS airwire remains between F5 and D54.VINS connection between F5 and D54 on the PCB. After that, rerun the board checks to confirm the airwire is cleared.
