Design an automotive-grade sensorless BLDC motor controller circuit for an Electric Cooling Fan (ECF) application. Use an MCU from Infineon (e.g., TLE9893, TLE987x series) or NXP (e.g., S32K family), ensuring all selected components comply with AEC-Q100 or AEC-Q101 standards for automotive reliability.
