Ultra-Low-Cost AI Voice Card Design

Dont need audio jack, just a small buzzer speaker enough to have a back and forth conversation with the ai, if an s3 is easier to route use that, use chips rather then rebuilt packages to make it look cooler I dont want to use full esp modules
Your goal: ultra-low-cost, single-sided 2-layer AI voice business card using bare ESP32-C3/S3, clustered bottom-edge/corner, JLC BASIC parts only.
Plan:
  1. Parts: choose bare ESP32-C3 SoC or ESP32-S3 SoC (lowest-cost BASIC), add INMP441 C141104, NS8002 C23072, ME6211C33M5G C82942, 10uF 0603 C19702, 0.1uF 0603 C14663, Red LED 0603 C2286, 1k 0603 C21190, TH pads for 8ohm 0.5W speaker, and 6 programming pads (5V, GND, TX, RX, BOOT, RST). Replace ESP32-S3-WROOM-1-N4R2 and remove connectors.
  2. Schematic: 5V pads -> ME6211C33M5G -> 3V3 rail with decoupling; EN/BOOT pulls; UART to pads; I2S to INMP441; MCU sigma-delta/PWM -> RC -> AC-coupling -> NS8002 IN; speaker to TH pads; status LED on 3V3.
  3. PCB: set 85 x 54 mm, all SMD top, parts along bottom edge and one corner; printed 2.4 GHz PCB antenna at top edge with keep-out; short audio runs; isolate mic/amp from switching loops; 2-layer with GND pour.
  4. Outputs: routed PCB, BOM (LCSC), CPL, and JLC cost for 5–20 qty.
