Dont need audio jack, just a small buzzer speaker enough to have a back and forth conversation with the ai, if an s3 is easier to route use that, use chips rather then rebuilt packages to make it look cooler I dont want to use full esp modules
Schematic: 5V pads -> ME6211C33M5G -> 3V3 rail with decoupling; EN/BOOT pulls; UART to pads; I2S to INMP441; MCU sigma-delta/PWM -> RC -> AC-coupling -> NS8002 IN; speaker to TH pads; status LED on 3V3.
PCB: set 85 x 54 mm, all SMD top, parts along bottom edge and one corner; printed 2.4 GHz PCB antenna at top edge with keep-out; short audio runs; isolate mic/amp from switching loops; 2-layer with GND pour.
Outputs: routed PCB, BOM (LCSC), CPL, and JLC cost for 5–20 qty.
