Berikut hasil cek ringkas: masih ada kekurangan komponen penting dan sedikit redundansi/inkonsistensi. Detail temuan saya berbasis skematik, BOM, dan DRC/ERC saat ini.
Apa yang hilang/kritis
  • Catu 3.3 V (buck): Jalur 3V3 belum benar-benar “ada” secara komponen. Net 3V3 hanya memuat C2, dan “Net 1” hanya ke U1. Belum ada IC buck, induktor, input/output caps, atau jaringan umpan balik. (Per catatan proyek, induktor wajib 2.2 µH untuk TPS62162.)
  • Catu 5 V (boost) untuk audio: Hanya ada bulk C1 yang diberi peran “boost VOUT”. Modul boost, induktor, diode/rectifier (bila non-synchronous), input cap, dan pembagi umpan balik belum ada. Portal “SW2 2 - U6 EN” ada, tetapi IC [U6] belum ada di BOM.
  • Charger Li-ion U4 (BQ24075): Komponen pendukung krusial belum tampil di BOM/Net:
    • Resistor ISET (program arus charge) dan resistor ILIM (batas arus input) tidak ada; pin U4 saat ini terdaftar di net GND. Wajib dipasang sesuai datasheet.
    • Kapasitor TMR untuk safety timer, serta strap ~CE/EN1/EN2/SYSOFF juga belum terlihat.
  • USB 2.0 datapath:
    • Hanya ada satu resistor seri data: R2 (22 Ω) untuk D−. Resistor seri D+ (22 Ω) belum ada; tambahkan pasangan untuk simetris.
    • CC pin: J1 saat ini masuk net GND langsung. Seharusnya pakai 56 kΩ pull-down ke GND, bukan short langsung.
    • Proteksi ESD sudah ada: TVS1 (D+/D−) dan TVS2 (VBUS).
  • I2S amplifier U3 (MAX98357A): Decoupling/bulk untuk rail suplai terlihat di C3 dan C4, namun pastikan nilainya dan penempatan mengikuti datasheet; suplai 5 V perlu benar-benar tersedia (lihat poin boost di atas).
  • ESP32 U1: Pastikan pull-up EN dan strap boot (IO0/IO2) sesuai referensi modul. Saat ini net GND mencantumkan EN, ini perlu dicek karena EN tidak boleh diikat ke GND.
  • SPI Flash U2: Cek penanganan WP#/HOLD# dan decoupling. Hanya C2 yang terlihat; biasanya butuh 0.1 µF dekat VCC dan satu bulk kecil di rail. WP#/HOLD# umumnya ditarik ke level idle sesuai datasheet.
Redundansi/inkonsistensi yang perlu dibersihkan
  • Duplikasi Net Portal di pad TVS1 A2: [R19 P1 - D2 A2](R19 P1 - D2 A2) dan [J1 D-_B - TVS1 A2](J1 D-_B - TVS1 A2). Sisakan satu yang konsisten.
  • LED jalur status: D1 ada, R1 330 Ω ada, tetapi koneksinya di net tampak tidak wajar (R1 kedua pad muncul di GND). Perlu dicek ulang wiring LED.
  • Banyak “Net Portal” historis yang masih tertinggal dan membuat label ganda.
Hasil DRC/ERC/BOM yang relevan
  • DRC: Masih banyak airwire (USB, I2S, SPI, speaker), dan beberapa “Overlapping Copper”. Layout belum final.
  • Manufacturing check: Banyak part generik tanpa MPN (semua C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, R2, R3, R4, mounting holes) — perlu diganti ke part nyata sebelum produksi.
  • Net 3V3 dan “Net 1” terisolasi: distribusi 3.3 V ke beban belum terbentuk karena tidak ada sumber regulasi 3.3 V yang nyata.
Ringkas tindakan selanjutnya
  1. Lengkapi power:
    • Tambah regulator buck 3.3 V + induktor 2.2 µH, input/output caps, dan jaringan FB (sesuai datasheet).
    • Tambah modul boost 5 V untuk audio (IC, induktor, diode/rectifier bila perlu, input/output caps, FB).
  2. Lengkapi charger BQ24075:
    • Pasang resistor ISET dan ILIM yang benar, kapasitor TMR, dan strap ~CE/EN1/EN2/SYSOFF sesuai kebutuhan.
  3. Rapikan USB:
    • Tambah resistor seri 22 Ω untuk D+ (pendamping R2), perbaiki CC1/CC2 menjadi 56 kΩ pull-down (bukan langsung ke GND), hapus portal duplikat di TVS1.
  4. Decoupling:
    • Pastikan setiap IC (U1, U2, U3, U4) punya 0.1 µF dekat pin Vcc/Vdd dan bulk yang memadai. Ikuti angka persis dari datasheet; tegangan kerja kapasitor ≤ 60% dari ratingnya.
  5. Strap dan LED:
    • Verifikasi strap boot ESP32 (EN/IO0/IO2) dan wiring LED D1-R1.
  6. Ganti part generik ke MPN nyata, lalu rerun DRC.
