I can’t start generating the schematic/layout right now because this account currently has no available ACUs, so AI execution features are unavailable.
Nothing has been modified in the project yet. The project is still empty: 0 components and 0 nets.
What remains to be done once ACUs are available:
Rename/document the project as KIMERA K-MONITOR R2.
Create the full schematic from your specification.
Verify datasheets for ESP32-WROOM-32E, Quectel EC25-E Mini PCIe, buck regulator, AMS1117-3.3, MAX3485, ULN2803A, LTV-847, CP2102, ILI9341 display interface, relays, protection parts, and connectors.
Build and validate all power, MCU, LTE, RS-485, relay, digital input, analog input, display, button, LED, and USB/programming blocks.
Run ERC until clean.
Create supporting documentation: power budget, bring-up plan, firmware pin map, regulatory notes, and BOM sourcing notes.
Proceed to 4-layer PCB layout only after schematic validation.
Place components per your DIN-rail/front-panel rules, route controlled-impedance USB/RF/RS-485 where required, then run DRC.
Generate manufacturing outputs for JLCPCB: BOM, placement, Gerbers, and fabrication notes.
One important note for the next run: your spec says “no substitutions” but also allows LMR33630 or TPSM53603 for the buck converter and SMBJ6.5A or equivalent for RS-485 TVS. I’ll treat those as approved choices unless you want to lock exact MPNs before execution.
