Reviewing the bill of materials.

Short answer: finish routing, then lock parts.
Do this next
  • Route: Run Auto-Layout to clear remaining airwires, then manually tidy critical nets:
    • VSYS: U2:OUT+ → U4:VIN with C5/C8/C9 to GND close to U2.
    • VDD: U4:VOUT → U1 VDD/VDDA and U3:VDD, with 100 nF decouplers within 5 mm of each pin pair.
    • RF: 50 Ω trace U3:PAOUT → L1 → J2; keep C18/C19 shunts via’d straight to GND beside the pads.
  • Re-run ERC/DRC and fix any flags (especially wrong-net decouplers and SWD access to U1:PA13/PA14/NRST).
  • Replace remaining generics with stocked 0402, X7R, 16 V parts (Digi-Key):
    • 100 nF: use your existing C14 pattern for all 100 nF decouplers.
    • 1 µF: reuse C11 where 1 µF is specified.
    • 10 µF: reuse C16 for bulk on VSYS/VDD.
    • 10 kΩ pulls: reuse your 10 k 0402 pattern (e.g., R3); convert any remaining “Generic Resistor” pull-ups/downs to this.
    • RF L1: keep as 0402 inductor placeholder (DNI ok until tune) or use L1/L2 footprints for continuity.
    • Replace any remaining “Generic Capacitor” on the RF π pads with 0402 C footprints (DNI) to allow tuning.
Want me to:
  • Run Auto-Layout and then re-run ERC/DRC, and
  • Batch-replace all remaining generics with the stocked parts above?
If yes, I’ll queue it and report the review results.
Auto-Layout start
ERC/DRC checks
Batch replace capacitors
Batch replace resistors
