how do I use Flux?

@copilot how do I use Flux?
2y
Using Flux, the electronics CAD tool, involves a few basic steps:
  1. Create a New Project: When you open Flux, you'll start by creating a new project. This will open a blank canvas where you will design your circuit.
  2. Design Schematic: Click on the "Add Component" button to open the component library. From here, you can select and place components on the schematic editor canvas. Connect components by drawing wires between their respective pins.
  3. Convert to PCB: After you've completed your schematic, you have the option to convert it to a PCB layout. In the PCB view, you can manually place components and route traces to design your board.
  4. Review and Export: Finally, review your design and export it either as a PDF, a set of SVG files, or a Gerber file, which can be sent to a fab house for manufacture.
To learn more about using Flux, you have several options:
  • Check the help and tutorials section in the Flux app[1].
  • You can access in-depth Flux tutorials and references that guide you on how to use the platform efficiently[2].
  • Explore their YouTube channel that features video tutorials, crash courses, and recorded events[3].
  • Contact their live support team for assistance[4].
Remember, Flux makes it easy for you to share and collaborate on designs with others, which can be very helpful when working in a team[5].
