Correct the shared MP28167GQ-Z part terminal modeling for physical pins 4 and 8.

The MP28167 datasheet pin table says pins 4 and 8 are named NC, but explicitly: “These pins should be connected to GND.”

- Publish a new part version so placed project instances can inherit/update to the corrected model.
