- Add major ICs: MICS-4514 sensor (U1), ESP32-WROOM-32 module (U2), TI ADS1115 ADC (U3)
- Review power subsystem and add decoupling capacitors for LDO, ESP32, ADC
- Add I²C pull-up resistors (4.7 kΩ) and RC filter components (10 kΩ + 100 nF) for each ADC input
- Place connectors/test points and define all nets (VCC logic, PWM, heater, sensor outputs, ADC inputs, I²C)
- Run schematic ERC/DRC checks and verify designators and net names
- Prepare PCB layout: assign footprints, define stackup, board outline, power planes, mounting holes
Success criteria
Not yet met: the schematic is incomplete (major ICs missing, no filters or pull-ups, nets unconnected) and ERC/DRC has not been performed.
Next step
Proceed to Step 3 of the workflow: review the power subsystem and add all supporting passive components (decoupling caps, pull-ups, RC filter parts).
