USB Relay Module Design

I’m blocked from executing design changes because this account has no available ACUs, so AI project-editing features are unavailable right now. No schematic or PCB mutations were made in this session.
What remains to be done:
  • Add the CH32V003F4P6 MCU, CH340N USB-serial interface, USB connector, 5 V input/protection, and 5 V to 3.3 V regulator.
  • Design four relay driver channels with optocoupler isolation, transistor low-side drive, flyback diode, relay coil, indicator LED if desired, and output terminal blocks.
  • Wire UART between CH340N and CH32V003F4P6, add USB D+/D− support parts, reset/boot/debug/programming access, decoupling, and power-domain grounding strategy.
  • Run ERC/DRC, then proceed to PCB placement/routing.
A good implementation plan once ACUs are available is:
  1. Create a project specification for the USB-controlled 4-channel relay module.
  2. Build the schematic in functional blocks: USB/CH340N, CH32V003F4P6 core, 3.3 V regulator, relay outputs, connectors.
  3. Verify relay coil current, optocoupler CTR, transistor base current, regulator current/thermal margin, and USB power limits.
  4. Lay out the PCB with isolation/clearance between relay contacts and logic, wide traces for relay/contact current, and USB routing kept short.
