Thought for 13 sec

No results for BB134 varactor diode SOD-323.

Found 2 results for BB134.

Read "Extract the package text and source/part URLs visible for VD1 BB134, VD2 MM3Z3V0T1G, DD1 MAX1472, and BQ1 if present. Return the visible text exactly where readable." in img-cdn.flux.ai.

Thought for a moment

Those screenshots do help.
What I confirmed from them:
  • VD1 is indeed intended as BB134
  • VD1 package text shown is “SMD variable-capacitance diode (SOD-323)”
  • VD2 row shows MM3Z3V0T1G
  • DD1 row shows MAX1472AKA+T
  • The screenshot source text for BB134 points to an external marketplace listing, not a clean library-backed part source
What I already completed in the project before this:
  • Recreated the schematic from the screenshots
  • Corrected BOM values including:
    • R4 = 3.3k
    • RV1 = 3386P-1-102LF (1k trimmer)
    • VD2 = MM3Z3V0T1G
  • Rewired replaced parts
  • Verified ERC was clean in the checked categories
  • Updated Screenshot Recreation Notes
What still remains:
  • VD1 is still a substitute in the project, not the exact BB134
  • I confirmed the BOM/package text for BB134, but I did not complete the final replacement in this pass
  • The library search I ran did not immediately surface a clean BB134 part entry, so the next step would be:
    1. try a broader semantic part search for BB134 / equivalent varactor
    2. if found, replace VD1 and preserve wiring
    3. if not found, keep the current substitute and update the notes to reflect that the BOM/package were confirmed but the exact part is unavailable in-library
So current status is:
  • Schematic recreation is intact
  • Most BOM corrections are already applied
  • Only the exact VD1 BB134 replacement is still unresolved
Find BB134 equivalent

Screenshot Recreation Notes
This file records what was reconstructed from the source screenshots and later corrected from the BOM screenshots.
BOM-corrected items
Updated to match the newly provided BOM screenshots:
  • R1 = 1 kΩ
  • R2 = 1 kΩ
  • R3 = 1 kΩ
  • R4 = 3.3 kΩ
  • R5 = 1 kΩ
  • R6 = 1 kΩ
  • RV1 = 1 kΩ trimmer → updated to Bourns 3386P-1-102LF
  • RV2 = 5 kΩ trimmer
  • C1 = 4.7 pF
  • C2 = 4.7 pF
  • C3 = 4.7 pF
  • C4 = 10 µF / 25 V
  • C5 = 10 µF / 25 V
  • C6 = 0.33 µF
  • C7 = 0.068 µF
  • L1 = 22 nH
  • Q1 = BC847B
  • VD2 = MM3Z3V0T1G → updated from the earlier 3.3 V substitute
  • DD1 = MAX1472
  • BQ1 = 13.28 MHz crystal
Remaining approximation
One part still remains an approximation because the exact BOM part was not available in the library during reconstruction:
  • VD1 is labeled as BB134 in the BOM screenshots.
  • The project currently uses ZMV934ATA as the closest available varactor substitute.
  • The schematic property on VD1 notes this substitution explicitly.
Notes on package fields
The source BOM screenshots include package text that appears inconsistent for several passive parts. I updated the electrical values and the identifiable BOM-specific semiconductors/trimmers, but I did not force all generic passive footprint properties to match the screenshot package column because the package labels in the screenshot are not consistently valid footprint names for this CAD library.
Verification status
  • The corrected schematic is still logically connected.
  • Review checks currently return no unresolved ERC issues in the checked categories.
  • RV1 and VD2 were replaced with the BOM-matched parts and rewired.
