ESP32 DevKitC Схема Підключення

Work done
  • Renamed existing nets to match your required naming: NET_SOIL_OUT, NET_LDR_OUT, NET_WATER_MIN, NET_WATER_MAX, NET_RELAY_PUMP_IN, NET_RELAY_LIGHT_IN, NET_5V, NET_3V3, NET_GND.
  • Added harness connectors: soil sensor header J15, float switch headers J16/J17, ultrasonic header J18, relay header J19, and LDR test point TP1.
  • Added/defined passives for the LDR divider and inputs: R20 (10k), R21 (22k pull-up), R22 (22k pull-up), and ultrasonic ECHO divider R23 (10k bottom) + R24 (20k top).
  • Wired the harness to the existing ESP32 module U1:
    • NET_SOIL_OUT -> GPIO32
    • NET_LDR_OUT -> GPIO33
    • NET_WATER_MIN -> GPIO34
    • NET_WATER_MAX -> GPIO35
    • NET_RELAY_PUMP_IN -> GPIO18
    • NET_RELAY_LIGHT_IN -> GPIO19
    • NET_5V/NET_3V3/NET_GND distribution to the new headers
Success criteria review
  • ❌ ESP32 GPIO mapping is not fully met: the current ESP32 symbol U1 does not expose GPIO17 as pin D17, so I cannot connect ultrasonic TRIG to GPIO17 as required.
  • ✅ Soil moisture, LDR divider (with test point), float switch inputs with external pull-ups, relay header, and ultrasonic header with ECHO divider are placed and mostly connected.
  • ✅ Power distribution uses NET_5V, NET_3V3, NET_GND.
  • ❌ ERC/DRC: layout DRC shows many Airwires (unrouted traces). I cannot auto-route; you must run routing/Auto-Layout for the PCB.
Next steps
  • Replace the current ESP32 module symbol with one that includes a D17 pin (or an explicit GPIO17 pin) so I can finish the TRIG mapping, then I will re-wire TRIG to NET_US_TRIG -> GPIO17.
  • After that, run PCB Auto-Layout / routing to clear Airwires, then I can re-check DRC/ERC.
