how can I export 3d .step

Currently, Flux supports exporting a 3D model of your PCB layout as an .stl file from the PCB Editor's 3D view. There isn't a direct export option for .step files. You would need to convert the exported .stl model to a .step file using external conversion tools if your workflow requires it.
