Airwire Fix

Fix all the overlpas flaoting coppers and airwires
I’ll resolve the fixed-geometry overlaps and floating copper first, then clean stale traces, route the remaining connections, and finish with a full ERC/DRC verification.
Copper geometry is clean. Routing preflight found 293 duplicate-via records from the imported layout; I’m removing those duplicates before routing so the router does not build on corrupted transitions.
Overlap and copper cleanup completed:
  • Overlapping copper: 0
  • Floating copper: 0
  • Dangling traces: 0
  • Airwires: 54
Routing is blocked by 293 duplicate-via records in the imported layout. The preflight exposes their coordinates but not enough UID/net data to safely remove only the duplicates, so I did not risk deleting valid vias. A dedicated duplicate-via cleanup capability or manual editor cleanup is required before safely routing the 54 airwires.

SWD2 Incremental Move and Airwire Classification
Result
  • SWD2 moved 0.5 mm upward, from (-27.1, -25.6) to (-27.1, -25.1) mm; rotation and edge alignment were preserved.
  • Removed only stale SWDIO_NAVC copper colliding with the moved footprint, then removed the resulting isolated copper.
  • Surgical 0.15 mm attempts for SWDIO_NAVC and NRST_NAVC both remained blocked-no-path.
  • Airwires did not increase: final count remains 38.
  • Final copper checks: 0 overlaps, 0 floating copper, 0 dangling traces.
Classification method
  • Placement-blocked: a direct pad-to-pad route has repeatedly returned blocked-no-path at 0.15 mm after local cleanup/placement testing. A component-position or corridor change is required.
  • Route-blocked: the net is interrupted by the current partial autoroute topology, trace/via congestion, or fragmented copper; placement has not been proven to be the limiting cause.

Table

NetSegmentsEvidence
BAR_NRST_NAVC1Repeated NAVC1:PB0 → R37:P2 blocked-no-path at 0.15 mm; prior R37 trial only routed by creating illegal overlaps.
NRST_NAVC1NAVC1:NRST → SWD2:10 remains blocked after the 0.5 mm SWD2 move.
SWDIO_NAVC1NAVC1:PA13 → SWD2:2 remains blocked after local stale-copper removal and the 0.5 mm SWD2 move.
Placement-blocked total: 3 segments on 3 nets.
