You want a fan circuit using:
  • 550 DC motor
  • Three lithium batteries
  • Built-in USB Type-C charger
  • IP2326 charging IC
What remains to be done once ACUs are available:
  1. Confirm battery configuration: 3 cells in parallel 1S3P or 3 cells in series 3S. This is critical because the charger and motor driver design are completely different.
  2. Check the IP2326 datasheet to confirm whether it supports your battery arrangement and required charge current.
  3. Add the USB-C input, charger IC, battery protection/power path, motor switch or speed controller, 550 motor connector, fuse/protection, and decoupling.
  4. Run electrical checks and then proceed to PCB layout.
Important safety note: three lithium cells need proper charging, protection, and balancing if used in series. Do not connect them directly to a charger IC unless the IC is designed for that exact cell configuration.
