Adjustable Non-Inverting Op-Amp Design

Schematic Connection Overview:
  1. Power & Decoupling:
    • U1 V+ is connected to +5V from the Arduino.
    • Place decoupling capacitor C1 (0.1 µF) between U1 V+ and GND.
    • U1 ground is connected to the common ground.
  2. Op Amp Configuration:
    • The input signal is routed into the non-inverting (+) input of U1.
    • The inverting (–) input of U1 is connected to ground through the fixed resistor R1 (10 kΩ).
    • A potentiometer (R2, 0–100 kΩ) is connected between U1 output and its inverting (–) input.
  3. Output Connections:
    • U1 output is connected to a test point (TP1). From TP1:
      • One branch connects to the Arduino analog input (A0) for voltage measurements.
      • Another branch provides a connection point for the oscilloscope probe.
    • Ensure the output voltage remains within the Arduino's ADC range (0–5V).
  4. Common Ground:
    • All grounds (op amp, Arduino, and oscilloscope) are connected together.
