The schematic now includes the following net connections:

Table

Net NameConnection Details
BAT_POSBattery positive (4.5V from the 3x AA Lithium pack) is connected to the input of both the linear regulator (MCP1700-3302E/TO) and the switching regulator (TPS62130).
GNDCommon ground is applied to all components including the LM393 comparator, the PIC12F675, the SIM800L, the IRLZ34N, and all capacitors.
V_3V3The regulated 3.3V rail (from the selected regulator output) supplies power to the LM393 comparator, PIC12F675, and SIM800L.
TEMP_DIVA voltage divider is formed by connecting the NTC thermistor (T1) and the potentiometer (RV1). The junction is routed to the non-inverting input of the LM393 comparator.
COMP_OUTPUTThe output of the LM393 comparator is connected to a digital input on the PIC12F675 to sense the temperature threshold.
MOSFET_GATEA digital output from the PIC12F675 is routed to the gate of the IRLZ34N MOSFET to control power switching.
MOSFET_SOURCEThe source of the IRLZ34N is connected to GND.
MOSFET_DRAINThe drain of the IRLZ34N is connected to the ground paths of the PIC12F675 and the SIM800L to provide power control.
MCU_TX_RXThe serial communication lines between the PIC12F675 and the SIM800L are connected: PIC TX to SIM RX and PIC RX to SIM TX.
CAP_SIMA 1000µF capacitor (C6) is connected across the SIM800L’s Vcc and ground to handle current spikes.
CAP_PICTwo decoupling capacitors – a 100nF (C4) and a 10µF (C5) – are connected between the supply (V_3V3) and ground at the PIC12F675.
These connections integrate the temperature sensing, ultra-low-power control, GSM communication, and power regulation sections into a complete and connected schematic per the design requirements.
