Yes. We can create it using public Raspberry Pi 5 40-pin header/HAT mechanical info plus datasheets for the MAX31855, ADS1115, ACS712, DRV8871, relay interface, and connectors.
Because this template project is view-only for you, the clean path is either:
fork/clone the template into an editable project, or
start a new project from scratch with the HAT outline, 40-pin header, and your uploaded netlist.
I would build it in this order: schematic from the uploaded netlist → datasheet-required passives/decoupling/protection → power budget for 3.3 V, 5 V, and 12 V paths → ERC cleanup → HAT PCB outline/placement → routing. Since the template includes PCIe nets, I’d only keep PCIe if you actually need it; otherwise the HAT can be simpler and avoid controlled-impedance PCIe routing.
