确实,这三只电阻目前是悬空的。我检查了原理图,发现它们还没有被接到目标网络上,所以被 ERC 判定为未连接。
它们各自的设计意图与正确接法如下:
  • R2 / R3:这两只标为 5.1 kΩ 的电阻是 USB‑C 受电端(UFP)的 CC 下拉电阻(Rd),用于向源端表明“我是用电设备”。应分别将其一端接到 J1 的 CC1(A5) 与 CC2(B5),另一端接 GND。当前尚未连到 CC1/CC2,所以显示悬空。
  • R5:这只 0.1 Ω 分流电阻是做电流检测用,目标是测 USB 供电电流,应串接在 VBUS 与 LDO 输入之间。应把 J1 的 VBUS1/2/3/4 汇到 R5 的一端,R5 的另一端再接 U1 的 IN。当前没有插入 VBUS 回路,因此悬空。
建议的修复连线
  1. R2 P1 接 J1:CC1(A5),P2 接 GND;将 R3 P1 接 J1:CC2(B5),P2 接 GND(分别标注 CC1、CC2 便于 ERC)。
  2. R5 串入 VBUS:J1:VBUS1/2/3/4 -> R5:P1 -> R5:P2 -> U1:IN;同时在 R5 两端各放一个测试点做电流/电压测量。若你更想监测 3.3 V 轨电流,也可把 R5 放在 U1:OUT 与 3V3 之间,并做 Kelvin 引线到测试点。

  • 在 USB D+/D- 近 U3 端各加 22–33 Ω 串联电阻,并在 CC1/CC2、D+/D- 加 ESD 防护器件。
  • 给 R5 两端丝印箭头标注电流方向与量测极性,便于实验。
