  • Added major ICs:
    • U1 (MCP73831T-5ACI/OT Li-ion charger)
    • U2 (BQ24075TRGTR power-path controller)
    • U3 (MAX3949ETE+T dual laser driver)
  • Assigned net and wired power:
    • Renamed [J1 Pin_1 - U1 VIN](J1 Pin_1 - U1 VIN) to VBUS
    • Connected [J1 Pin_1 - U1 VIN](J1 Pin_1 - U1 VIN) → U1:VIN
    • Connected U1:VBAT → U2:BAT_1/BAT_2
    • Connected U2:OUT_1 → U3:VCC (both channels)
  • Added decoupling capacitors:
    • C3 on VBUS
    • C4 on SYS
Success criteria
  • ✅ J1:Pin_1 correctly assigned to VBUS and routed to charger input.
  • ✅ Charger, power-path, and laser drivers added with proper interconnections and filtering.
  • ℹ️ ERC/DRC checks and manufacturability review are pending.
Next step: Run ERC/DRC to verify all connections and resolve any net errors before proceeding to parts availability and PCB layout review.
