Test Harness Interface Design

I’ll search the library for a usable 64-position, 2x32, 2.54 mm ribbon/IDC header alternative and check whether any result has the right terminal count and footprint style.
I searched the library for a direct alternate to TE 1-5102154-2: 64-position, 2x32, 2.54 mm pitch, through-hole vertical IDC/ribbon header.
Result: I did not find a suitable drop-in 64-pin alternate in the library.
Closest available parts found:
  • IDC-Header 2x25 P2.54mm Vertical — 50 positions, same general IDC/ribbon style, but not enough pins.
  • Pin Header 02x20 2.54mm Vertical — 40 positions, generic double-row header, not enough pins.
  • Pin Header 02x16 2.54mm Vertical — 32 positions, could be used as two separate headers for 64 total pins, but it is not a single keyed/shrouded 64-pin ribbon connector.
  • X4621WVS-2x32I-C40D64 — 64 positions, but wrong pitch/mounting: 2.00 mm SMD, not 2.54 mm through-hole.
Recommendation: there is no good library substitute for the exact 1-5102154-2 if the board must mate to a standard 64-pin ribbon cable. The best path is to create/import the exact TE 1-5102154-2 symbol and footprint, then wire it straight-through to 2209129-1.
I’m currently blocked from continuing execution because available credits ran out before I could proceed further.
