I’m blocked because execution credits are exhausted, so I cannot modify the schematic, search parts, consult datasheets, or run review checks in this session.
Current project state:
Project is still empty: 0 components, 0 nets.
No schematic or PCB layout changes have been made yet.
Requested design target is clear: USB-C powered low-power Wi-Fi + BLE 5.x temperature/humidity sensor node with protected 5 V input supporting 0.5–3 A sources.
What remains to be done:
Rename/update the project description for the environmental sensor node.
Select a suitable ultra-low-power Wi-Fi + BLE MCU/module, likely an ESP32-C6/ESP32-C3/S3-class module depending on power and feature priorities.
Select a digital temperature/humidity sensor, likely I²C.
Design USB-C 5 V default input with CC pull-downs.
Add input protection: reverse protection, OVP, UVLO, OCP/current limiting or eFuse sized for 0.5–3 A source capability.
Add 3.3 V regulation sized from a power budget.
Wire MCU/module, sensor, USB-C power path, decoupling, boot/programming support, and required passives per datasheets.
Run schematic review/ERC and fix all violations.
Create bring-up/validation notes before moving to layout.
Once credits are available, I can proceed with the schematic implementation and validation.
