Solar Power System Design

Your request is to add four MOSFET components with 3‑pin connections to your schematic and establish the appropriate net connections as described. This includes:
  • High‑Side MOSFETs:
    • Q1:
      • Source connected to the positive terminal of B1 (battery supply).
      • Drain connected to Motor Terminal A.
      • Gate driven by the PWM output from U18.
    • Q2:
      • Source connected to the positive terminal.
      • Drain connected to Motor Terminal B.
      • Gate driven by an inverted or complementary PWM signal.
  • Low‑Side MOSFETs:
    • Q3:
      • Drain connected to Motor Terminal A.
      • Source connected to GND.
      • Gate driven by the same (or appropriately level‐shifted) PWM signal as required for low‑side control.
    • Q4:
      • Drain connected to Motor Terminal B.
      • Source connected to GND.
      • Gate driven by the corresponding PWM signal.
In addition, you will need to:
  • Connect the positive of B1 to the Source of high‑side MOSFETs (Q1 and Q2).
  • Tie the Source of low‑side MOSFETs (Q3 and Q4) to ground.
  • Combine the Drain of Q1 and Q3 at the Motor Terminal A, and the Drain of Q2 and Q4 at the Motor Terminal B so the motor is driven across these nodes.
  • Route the PWM signal appropriately between U18 and the MOSFET gates, ensuring proper level shifting or inversion as necessary.
Your request is to add these MOSFETs and their net connections into your Flux schematic as described.
