NUCLEO-G747RE HAT Design

I want to build a HAT that connects to NUCLEO-G747RE with CN7 and CN10 from bottom. I want my HAT to be supplied by External 5V through a 4 way phoenix connector. [1. VCC, 2. GND, 3. NC & 4. PE]. 5V powers up the NUCLEO board, Relay control and CAN & RS485 transceivers. 3.3V from NUCLEO supply my 8MB flash, sd CARD. I want to use 2 RJ45s for RS485 and CAN. I want to use 2-row 3-pin phoenix connector where [1.NC,2.COM,3.NO,4.GND,5.IN1&6.IN2].

HAT Requirements and Open Items User requirements
  • HAT connects to the stated NUCLEO-G747RE board using CN7 and CN10 from the bottom.
  • External 5 V input through a four-position Phoenix connector: 1 VCC, 2 GND, 3 NC (not connected), 4 PE.
  • External 5 V powers the NUCLEO board, relay control circuitry, CAN transceiver, and RS485 transceiver.
  • NUCLEO 3.3 V output supplies an 8 MB flash memory and SD card.
  • Two RJ45 connectors for CAN and RS485; assignment and pinouts not yet specified.
  • Two-row, three-position-per-row Phoenix connector with six terminals: 1 NC (relay normally closed), 2 COM, 3 NO, 4 GND, 5 IN1, 6 IN2. Physical numbering orientation requires confirmation.
Unverified details and required decisions
I saved your connector pinouts, power scheme, and peripheral requirements in HAT Requirements and Open Items; no schematic or PCB has been built yet.
Before building, I need to confirm the exact NUCLEO model, CN7/CN10 mating geometry, relay load rating, IN1/IN2 voltage levels, and RJ45 pinouts; I also need to verify safe 5 V injection and the NUCLEO’s available 3.3 V current. Research and design editing require Agent mode, but execution stopped because your ACUs ran out.
