Designing VAYU X PCB

I can’t continue executing this design right now because this account has no available ACUs, so AI project actions are unavailable.
Current project state:
  • The project is still essentially empty: no components are present.
  • Some prior autogenerated nets/PCB subjects appear to have been created and then removed, but the requested VAYU X Main Control Board schematic/layout has not been built yet.
  • No manufacturable schematic, routing, placement, BOM, power diagram, or 3D render has been generated.
What remains to be done once ACUs are available:
  • Rename the project to VAYU X Main Control Board and create a project specification.
  • Build the full schematic: 2S battery input, protection/BMS, switch, buck regulator, ESP32-S3 dev module, TB6612FNG motor drivers, servo headers, ESP32-CAM connector, INMP441 mic, MAX98357A amp, LEDs, debug/programming headers.
  • Verify power budget and size fuse, buck converter, trace widths, bulk capacitors, and connectors.
  • Place components on a 100 mm × 80 mm 2-layer PCB with motor/power sections separated from ESP32/audio/I2S.
  • Route with ground plane, wide current paths, decoupling, connector labels, and fabrication-safe design rules.
  • Run ERC/DRC/airwire checks and fix issues.
  • Generate documentation: power distribution diagram, bring-up plan, BOM, and manufacturing notes.
