Looking at the existing project nets, it appears that capacitor C2 is not fully connected. Currently, pin P1 of C2 is part of a net (439577d40f7650c120484fa39a1998c1), but there are no other components on this net. Meanwhile, pin P2 of C2 is connected to the VREF_SAMP pin of U1 (net: 6b6637a69356e9d7c0401f5950ef2e4b) but without a complete path, the capacitor C2 is not functioning fully in your design.
