El proyecto consiste en implementar un semáforo digital utilizando el CD4017BE para decodificar la secuencia de activación de las luces y el NE555N como temporizador principal. En el diseño se incluya tres luces con la secuencia establecida (verde durante 5 segundos, amarillo durante 2 segundos y rojo durante 5 segundos). Se incorporarán dos condensadores de 16V 100µF para estabilizar la alimentación, diodos de protección para prevenir sobretensiones, y resistencias para ajustar finamente la temporización y asegurar la estabilidad del funcionamiento del semáforo.
