Here are three low–forward–voltage SOD-323 Schottky diodes recommended as “germanium-style” alternatives for clipping:

Recommendations:
  • PMEG2005EJ: Lowest Vf, ideal for a very smooth clipping response close to germanium.
  • NSR0340HT1G: Broadly available and proven in many fuzz builds.
  • UDD32C03L01: Use if you want a hard clamp style with a defined threshold (~5.5 V), though it behaves differently than a diode pair.
Choose one to replace NSR0340HT1G in your design, and I’ll add it to the schematic!
