USB-C WiFi BLE Sensor Node Design

I’ll build a USB-C powered ESP32-class Wi‑Fi/BLE temperature/humidity node. I’ll first name/spec the project and size the power path, then add and wire the MCU, USB-C protection/regulation, and digital T/RH sensor, followed by validation and documentation.
Main ICs are placed. The first generic-passive add was rejected by the library resolver, so I’m correcting that now and then I’ll wire the circuit in small verified batches.
I renamed the project to USB-C WiFi BLE T-RH Sensor Node, updated the description/requirements metadata, selected the main architecture, and added the schematic components: ESP32-C3-WROOM-02-N4, SHT40 T/RH sensor, USB-C receptacle, TPS259573 eFuse, AP2112K-3.3 LDO, decoupling/bulk caps, CC/I2C/boot/reset resistors, status LED, BOOT/RESET switches, and eFuse support passives.
I also consulted datasheets for the ESP32-C3 module, SHT40, TPS2595 eFuse family, and AP2112 LDO. Key validated points: ESP32-C3 uses GPIO18/19 for USB D−/D+, GPIO9 for BOOT, EN must not float, SHT40 is 1.08–3.6 V I2C at address 0x44, TPS259573 needs ILM/OVLO/dVdt support parts, and AP2112 requires input/output capacitors.
Work stopped before wiring due to execution limits. Remaining work: wire all nets, verify pin names from the live schematic, run ERC/review, fix violations, create the power budget/design notes, firmware starter, FCC/CE regulatory file, and board bring-up plan before moving to layout.
