The CAD model is built with the 40 mm height, 70 mm bell diameter, and integral mounting flange. I’m checking it now; the mounting pattern is based on public nominal dimensions, but direct fit still needs confirmation of your carburetor’s inlet retention and fastener access.

Created the with 40 mm overall height, 70 mm bellmouth OD, a true parabolic inlet, rounded lip and integral two-hole flange.

Direct bolt-on fit is not yet qualified: the nominal flange has Ø6.3 mm holes on 65 mm centers, but your carburetor’s inlet retention and sideways wrench access need confirmation before machining; details are in Design and Validation.

What is the full DCOE model number stamped on your carburetor, and can you provide a front-on photo with the existing trumpet removed?
