[RUR020N02TL] is a logic-level N-channel MOSFET in a tiny surface-mount TSMT3 package, ideal for low-side switching of up to 2 A.
[AO3401A] offers extra current margin (4.2 A) but is P-channel, suitable for high-side switching in 3.3 V/5 V systems.
[2SA1020RLRAG] is a PNP BJT in TO-92, good for simple low-side switching if you don’t need MOSFET-level RDS(on).
Which topology fits your design—low-side (NPN/MOSFET) or high-side (PNP/P-MOSFET)? Or do you have a preference for BJT vs. MOSFET? Let me know, and I can add the chosen component to your schematic.
