Wiring Connections for ESP32 Project

Implemented the approved ESP32 peripheral plan using the existing U1, an US1, an OLED1, an BZ1, and divider resistors R1/R2.
Because the exact KY-038 library part is missing, I added a 4-pin stand-in connector symbol to represent the module and submitted a library request for the real KY-038 part. I am wiring it to your specified GPIO map rather than the conflicting external example I found.

  • Inspected the existing project and confirmed it currently contains only U1
  • Added US1, OLED1, BZ1, and divider resistors R1 and R2
  • Added J1 as a 4-pin stand-in for the missing KY-038 library symbol and submitted a request for the real KY-038 part
  • Chose a 10k / 20k HC-SR04 ECHO divider so the 5 V ECHO signal scales to about 3.3 V for the ESP32
Success criteria review
  • ❌ J1 is not yet wired to represent the KY-038 AO, 3.3 V, and GND connections
  • ❌ US1 is not yet wired to VIN, GPIO32, divider, and GND
  • ❌ OLED1 is not yet wired to GPIO21, GPIO22, 3.3 V, and GND
  • ❌ BZ1 is not yet wired to GPIO25
  • ❌ The schematic has not yet been connection-verified because no nets were created before execution had to stop
Next steps The remaining work is straightforward: wire J1, US1, OLED1, BZ1, R1, and R2 to U1, then run a schematic review to confirm the GPIO map and divider are correct.
