    • Added generic inductor L1, Schottky diode D3, input/output capacitors C9, C10
    • Wired U1:IN–L1:P1–C1:P1–C9:P1, U1:SW–L1:P2–D3:Anode; D3:Cathode–C10:P1; U1:GND–C1:P2–C9:P2–C10:P2
  2. Ideal-diode Power-Path
    • Added gate-clamp diodes D4/D5/D6 and test points TP1/TP2/TP3
    • Wired U2:NPG→Q1:G & Q2:G; Q1:S→VBUS; Q2:S→BAT; Q1:D/Q2:D→BOOST_OUT
  3. 3.3 V Rail (TLV62565)
    • Added input/output decoupling capacitors C11, C12
    • Added feedback resistor network for adjustable output
Tasks remaining
  • 3.3: Wire TLV62565 pins (VIN→5 V, VOUT→3.3 V, GND, EN→SYS, FB network)
  • 4.1–4.2: Add connectors (JST battery, speaker, programming header) and route 3.3 V/GND to ESP32, FM8002E, PCM5101A, W25Q64; implement I2S and SPI nets
  • 5.1–5.2: Add USB-C CC resistors, SMBJ5.0CA, PESD5V0L2BT and wire CC, VBUS, D+/D− nets
  • 6.1–6.2: Add pull-ups for S1 and current-limit resistors for LEDs; wire UI buttons and LEDs to ESP32
  • 7.1–7.3: Adjust PCB outline to 96 × 55 mm, segregate power/audio zones, ensure ESP32 antenna keep-out clearance
Success criteria review
  • ✅ 5 V boost stage parts and wiring
  • ✅ SLM6400 + AO4407A power-path implemented
  • ⚠️ TLV62565 decoupling & feedback network in place, but net wiring pending
  • ⚠️ System components (ESP32, PCM5101A, FM8002E, W25Q64) integration not yet started
  • ⚠️ USB-C and ESD/TVS protection not yet implemented
  • ⚠️ UI buttons, LEDs, connectors not yet wired
  • ⚠️ PCB dimensions not yet updated
