I’ll set up a 4 in × 4 in PCB outline and add/position header pins for a Heltec WiFi LoRa board footprint in the center, first checking the current design and the Heltec pin spacing so the headers line up correctly.
I would center those two 18-pin female header rows in the middle of the board.

Need confirmation of the exact row-to-row spacing if you want guaranteed physical fit; Heltec docs confirm pitch/count, but row spacing should ideally come from the exact V1 mechanical drawing or measured board.
