I routed the PCB, but it is not yet ready for mass production.
Completed:
  • Ran pre-routing validation.
  • Added pad neck-down allowances where small pads could not accept full-width high-current traces.
  • Autorouted the PCB: 406 routing nodes added.
  • Confirmed no reported overlap, floating copper, invalid-layer, dangling-trace, or missing-footprint issues.
Blocking issues:
  • 45 airwires remain, so the PCB is not fully electrically routed.
  • 32 components are missing manufacturer part numbers, mostly generic passives/connectors/OLED/fuse, so the assembly BOM is not production-ready.
  • The router also warned that several high-current nets have pads too small for the requested wide traces; these need either manual copper/neckdown refinement or footprint/component changes.
Conclusion: the board is partially routed, but I cannot certify it as directly mass-production-ready until the remaining airwires are cleared and BOM sourcing is completed.

How do I save the result locally?

To save the result locally from Flux:
  1. Open the project in Flux.
  2. Go to the Files / Export area.
  3. Export the files you need:
    • Gerber / Drill for PCB fabrication
    • BOM for parts list
    • Pick-and-place / CPL for assembly
    • STEP if you need a 3D mechanical model
  4. Download the generated ZIP/CSV files to your computer.
Important: this PCB is not production-ready yet because routing still has remaining airwires and the BOM has missing manufacturer part numbers. You can still export/save the current work locally, but do not submit it for manufacturing until those issues are resolved.
