You can use Flux's built-in Auto Layout feature to route your PCB traces. Since you're currently in schematic mode, first switch to the PCB layout tab and then click the Auto Layout button at the bottom to start the autoroute process.

You're already in the PCB layout view. To begin auto-routing, click the Auto Layout button in the PCB tab.
