PCB Layout Arrangement Guidance

I can help arrange it, but I can’t directly edit the PCB in this run because execution is currently unavailable.
From your screenshots, the board has these main parts: two terminal blocks/connectors, an HCPL-261A optocoupler, an NE555 timer, LED/diode parts, resistors, and timing/decoupling capacitors. The current PCB placement is still scattered, with long ratsnest lines crossing between functional blocks.
Recommended placement plan:
  1. Put the input connector near the left board edge.
  2. Place the HCPL-261A close to the input connector, because it is the isolation/input interface.
  3. Keep the optocoupler input-side parts near the optocoupler input pins:
    • input resistor
    • input capacitor/filter parts
    • input connector
  4. Place the NE555 close to the optocoupler output side.
  5. Put the 555 timing components directly around the NE555:
    • R2, R3
    • C5 timing capacitor
    • 100 nF decoupling capacitor close to NE555 VCC/GND
  6. Put the LED and its series resistor near the output side of the NE555.
  7. Put the output connector near the right board edge.
  8. Rotate parts so the ratsnest lines are short and mostly horizontal left-to-right.
  9. Keep the optocoupler isolation gap clear: do not route copper under the HCPL-261A isolation barrier unless your design intentionally allows it.
  10. After placement, route power and ground first, then short signal traces, then run DRC/ERC.
A clean board flow would be:
Input connector → input filter/resistor → HCPL-261A → NE555 timer block → LED/output connector
When execution is available again, I can arrange the PCB directly in Flux by sizing the board, placing these blocks, checking ratsnest/DRC, and then preparing it for routing.
