LTST C190KRKT Footprint Fix

Scope

Correct only the PCB footprint of this LTST-C190KRKT part project to the official Lite-On datasheet recommended land pattern, then publish a new part version.

Authoritative geometry

Package: 0603 / 1608 metric, body 1.60 x 0.80 mm.
Two rectangular SMD copper pads, each exactly 0.80 x 0.80 mm.
Overall outside pad-to-pad span exactly 2.30 mm, therefore 0.70 mm inner gap and 1.50 mm center-to-center pitch.
Pad centers at X=-0.75 mm and X=+0.75 mm, Y=0.
Pin 1 CATHODE on the left pad; pin 2 ANODE on the right pad.
Preserve schematic symbol/pin numbering and MPN/datasheet metadata.

Procedure

Inspect the source footprint pad nodes and set source pad geometry directly (not project-local consuming-project overrides). Verify via layout flat/tree that pads are distinct, 0.8 x 0.8 mm, centers 1.5 mm apart, body/silk appropriate for 0603. Publish the corrected part and report the new version/result. Edit only this active part project.
