Main concern
The biggest thing to check next is the 12-symbol-terminals vs 14-footprint-pads situation.
This is not necessarily wrong:
  • many FFC/FPC connectors have 12 electrical contacts
  • plus 2 mechanical mounting tabs
But if pads 13 and 14 are mechanical-only tabs, the part project should make that clear. Right now, the schematic side only represents the 12 signal contacts, and the extra footprint pads are not documented in the symbol metadata.
