9V LED Blinker PCB

Auto-layout is complete and applied automatically.
  • Resized the board from 160 × 100 mm to 80 × 80 mm
  • Changed to a cost-effective 2-layer stackup
  • Optimized all through-hole component placement for hand soldering
  • Routed all 8 nets with 0 remaining airwires
  • Final checks show no component overlaps, out-of-board parts, dangling traces, or blocking DRC errors
The PCB is now fully placed and routed.
Check the final DRC, add silkscreen labels, assign passive MPNs, and export Gerbers/BOM.
I’ll run a fresh final DRC, add clear silkscreen labels, source exact through-hole MPNs for every generic passive, then re-check and export the Gerbers and BOM.
The routed board is electrically clean; the only explicit manufacturing blockers are missing MPNs on the seven generic passives. I’m sourcing exact through-hole parts that match the existing footprints and ratings.
Work paused because the account has no available ACUs.
Completed:
  • Ran a fresh DRC: routing is clean; seven generic passives lack MPNs.
  • Identified matching through-hole MPN candidates for all resistor and capacitor values, including footprint-compatible options.
Remaining:
  • Assign the seven passive MPNs.
  • Add and verify silkscreen labels.
  • Re-run final DRC/manufacturing checks.
  • Export Gerber ZIP and BOM CSV.
